Distribute Exhibititors Materials into Attendees Welcome Bag. Please ensure we have your materials you wish packed into the conference bags BEFORE registration opens at 6pm on the evening before the MTPC.  Otherwise we cannot guarantee we will have enough time to pack your sales materials in time! Preferably before 4pm!
