Technical Presentation (English) - Marc Perea (RemoteWinBox) - MikroTik CHR Complex Labs Using Proxmox Howto. In order to model some very complex topology labs for Admiral software topology mapping, we discovered how to trivially use Proxmox to make some seriously multi-path networks with very little expense and hardware without the need for EVE-NG nor GNS3! In this session we'll tell you why it matters and show you how we did it and how you can too!

Technical Presentation - Tomas Kirnak (Unimus) - Looking at the MikroTik RouterOS implementation of MSTP. What do various configuration options for STP do, what are the best practices how to configure STP. When (and how) do you want to use multi-region MSTP setups, and when (and how) to use multi-instance MTSP setups. Finally, we will look at a full multi-region multi-instance setup and configuration.

This presentation will introduce you to the Intermediate System to Intermediate System (or IS-IS) routing protocol that was recently added to RouterOS v7. We will cover the basics of the protocol, how it compares to OSPF and potential use cases. Configuration and validation will be shown along with an example of interop with other vendors.

Focused on the application of a Mikrotik based infrastructure in Aviation with a focus on high system integrity and availability. Quick overview and demonstration of sophisticated projects built on Mikrotik. Online scoring for aerobatics, Height measuring device (HMD) for aerobatics, Remote AFIS and MLAT/ADSB sensor network
12:15-13:45
Lunch, 90 mins

Technical Presentation (English) - Jorge Castellet Marques - YAFFU (Yet Another FlashFig Utility). MikroTik has NetInstall and FlashFig for bulk device configuration in just 3 seconds. But this requires accessing the device and reconfiguring the boot loader and needs some experience in using WinBox. Here we present a utility for people who are allergic to computers. Open a configurator web page, connect the devices to the switch and enter the device passwords if the configurator's website prompts you to do so. Easy and simple. This way we can massively preconfigure the MikroTik devices to be deployed and reset-proof! We will talk about Mac-Telnet, CDP, TR-069 and scripting.
15:45-16:15
Technical Presentation (English) - Guilherme Ramirez - BGP and RouterOS v7. We will talk about the main diferences of BGP implementation between ROSv6 and ROSv7. New features, performance differences, how to upgrade, setup examples and an overview of the new filters
